Not only did the we celebrate our Nation's birthday this weekend, but exactly one year ago today Revolution Self Defense had it's first day of classes!

On July 6th 2009 our kids class had 3 students, Carter, Duke and Nick. Similarly our adults class also had only three students that evening, Mark, Coveny and Phillip. One year later the school is doing great, our kids and adults students look awesome and we have already had 2 members of our Adult's fight team compete in Muay Thai! Not to mention that our Systema classes are also going strong and we have added new classes to the schedule including MMA, sparring, grappling and even fitness bellydance classes for the ladies who are not as interested in learning how to beat people up : )
